Introducing Veinwave: Say Goodbue to Spider Veins

Veinwave

Veinwave is a revolutionary technique used to
eliminate spider veins and fine thread veins, known as telangiectasia on any area of your body. Used by doctors throughout Europe Veinwave is now available in the U.S.

The Advanced Vein Center is the only medical clinic in Oregon offering this state-of-the-art technology.

The Procedure

Watch unsightly veins disappear right before your eyes as a high-frequency electric current delivers heat right into the broken blood vessels, coagulating them and shutting them down. This thermo-coagulation process yields permanent results. Once a thread vein has been successfully treated it cannot come back. Any future thread veins in other locations can also be treated quickly and easily.

Rosacea. Don't hide it. Reduce it.Rosacea Reduction

Veinwave is ideal in treating Rosacea.

Being self-conscious about the red, patchy, visual symptoms of Rosacea is natural. Many people who have rosacea may just assume they blush or flush easily, or are just very sun sensitive. Rosacea tends to affect the "blush" areas of the face and is more common in people who flush easily.

The redness in Rosacea, often aggravated by flushing, is partially caused by fine spider veins in the face which enlarge (dilate) and become more visible through the skin, appearing like tiny red lines (called telangiectasias). Rosacea commonly surfaces around the nose, cheeks, and chin, causing much of the unwanted patchy redness. The nose is typically one of the first facial areas to be affected in rosacea.

With Veinwave, the specialists at the Advanced Vein Center can reduce these fine spider veins, leaving your skin visibly smoother, healthier looking, and most of all – less red.

Before and After Photos                      After the Procedure

Before and After Veinwave Photos

Some patients leave the treatment without any telltale signs, other than the absence of the spider veins. Those with more sensitive skin may experience minor reddening, which should disappear within a few days if not hours. This walk-in, walk-out procedure allows you to go right back to your daily activities. In fact, you can even come in for a treatment during your lunch hour.

Veinwave will not cause discoloration so it can be used on your face no matter how dark your skin tone. After a few days very small marks resembling a cat scratch may appear where Veinwave has been applied. This is normal and no special care is needed. The marks will disappear on their own.
